This 3 hour intensive will be a lot of information. This training was originally a 2 day, 8 hour intensive that I did in December 2020. 

This is strictly a training. If you would like help on implementing what was mapped out in this training, you will have to pay for that project.

If you would like to work with me one on one for 3 hours to build your own strategic plan, we can do that as well. 

I am spending the entire 3 hours training NOT answering one on one questions. If you want a one on one, you have to pay for it. 

 So I will give you the framework in this training and I need you to map it out for your business as I am teaching. I teach, you do.

What does the work look like based on you as a mom, a single mom, a wife, someone caring for your sick parents, someone that still works a 9-5, etc. You have to account for your lifestyle when planning your goals so I want to show you how to plan accordingly. 

Profit Plan Analysis

We need sells in our business to make money but what if you don't know what to sell? You know you want to make a certain amount of money every single month but do you know all the essential things that you need to see this sale through from initiation to the execution stage? Probably not but I am going to show you all of the things you need to make your money goals in this training. 

After this training, you will know:

•  What is a Profit Plan Analysis (PPA)
•  Why is a PPA is important
• What goes into a successful PPA
• What resources you can create in just a weekend to diversify your PPA
• How to create a PPA
• Marketing strategies to gain sales to meet your PPA quota

Let's map out the products and services you need to make your money goals. 

You might want to come out with a new product every quarter and a challenge every single month. Let's create the framework so you can easily create the products and services since you will have everything already sketched out. 

Business Snapshot

Let's role play:

I just heard you on someone's podcast. I email you because I want to work with you so I ask you to email me over some information. 

Many of you would just send me the link to your website, correct? 

Wrong! That's what amateurs do and you're not an amateur. You are business and you do business daily so you will send over your business snapshot. 

Your business snapshot is all the important details about your business in one place. It's like your business resume. We will create this snapshot so you can be better than the rest!

Launch Strategy 

You have all of these goals and all all of your products and services so we have to come up when we launching them. Let's make the schedule make sense for the time, season, and reason. Just because now you have 10 new products and services that doesn't mean they will all launch at once. We will drip it through the year.
